I bought it last year and can’t love it more best stove I’ve owned, only downside is they don’t give you this flexible hose, instead they gave me a solid gas pipe which is a big pain. Can you tell me the model name or number for this hose it will be much easier to use
I have the genesis, it’s very good. People complain about the cost but you’re buying performance, reliability and longevity. If you buy a genesis you’ll be cooking on it still in 30 years…
What’s the all weight?
We picked up the Jetboil Genesis ecosystem and have been very pleased with it. We picked ours up during REI 20% off discount days. We have had goodluck with the Jetboil hiking stoves which leaned us towards the more expensive but reliable brand.
A few have commented on this already but the ones here come with a propane regulator (brass fixed one vs hose like you have). Wonder if this is a difference in sold-to region? I use mine for overloading/truck camping so have a 5lb propane tank with me for other accessories and just run it off that. Great system overall though.
