What do you think about the 20 or 30 velocity? Can it be used as a Rainair hand luggage backpack? I mean, if you use the side straps to pull everything together, etc. Does the back bend or is there a frame?
What type/size bottles fit in the front pockets? Brand/Model?
Just out of curiosity, how tall are you?
I love this pack. Personally I think it would be better with a dry bag style closure (Like of the UD fastpacks) which would offer more weatherproofing but also some expansion/compression. The general features, shoulder strap design and waste belt pockets are definitely better than the UD packs.
